This forum is meant to be a platform for discussions related to COVID-19. The crisis brought on by COVID-19 is not only a health crisis, but also a social crisis that threatens the very reproduction of society itself. It is not a problem that can be solved only from a medical or economic perspective. It requires an appreciation of our past and our social context. There is a need to consider social factors and broaden the medical approach. SASA invites the academic and advocacy community to share information and make proposals on how to contain the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on society.
